      Pros

      Nice office. That's the only pro.

      Cons

      Low pay. Don't value staff below IM level. Don't listen to staff. Limited progression. Over promise and under deliver. No remediation of salaries. Have bought into another business but refuse to match existing staff pay levels which has caused a lot of contempt. They are aware of this but simply dont care enough to do anything.

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
