      - New CEO is injecting energy and momentum into the business on the back of the integration of Investec's wealth business. - New and highly competent executive team who set high professional standards - Strong culture and determination to become the best player in the sector

      Cons

      - Transformation is not for the faint of heart, it does require commitment and patience - Need for a lot of hearts and minds to drive meaningful change, can be slightly frustrating

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
