      Pros

      Company benefits are good. Very good pension contribution, health cover, critical illness, share schemes etc. Currently it's still pretty flexible in terms of work life balance and hybrid working.

      Cons

      Since the merge, it's become very cooperative. Loads of people got made redundant, many have worked with Rathbones for 20+ years. Salary increase has been below inflation since covid and bonus has been poor since the merge.

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
