      Pros

      Some nice people to work with and nice events organised.

      Cons

      A completely different culture to their South African counterparts. Office politics rife and subtle bullying in the UK offices. No career progression if you're stuck in an admin job.

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
