Pros
This is an opportunity to work on a variety of well known clients that you can put on your resume in the future.
Cons
The horizontal team structure leads to associates, fellows and interns who are paid considerably less to be doing the same level of work as people earning twice or more of their salary. Associates are not promoted for two years minimum, despite if they are the primary on one or more accounts. Because of the inflexibility with pay, there is constant turnover and is constantly understaffed, leading to overworking everyone else and them jumping ship as well. There are employees that will tell management mistakes that other employees made (even if they were fixed before there was an issue). There is an every person for themselves mentality.
