      Lack of long-term strategy. A spoiled CEO who can't hear others more experienced than him. AVG employee turnover is 9 months, this says everything about leadership.

      Toxic culture; crazy office rules (e.g. you get punished for arriving 1 min after 9am); organisation is run based on fear and threats instead of great vision, teamwork and collaboration.
