      - Coworkers are generally kind and helpful

      Cons

      - Employee’s are allotted 3 sick days for the year, if you miss more for example with Covid, your employment can and will be terminated. They have a 3 strike rule. - Stressful environment with poor and vague management overall - Pay is not competitive - Business is on a rapid decline and locations may be closed without advanced notice

      Holidays and pto, when allowed to take.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanaging, zooming in on security cameras, asking for permission to go use the restroom, frowned upon if using PTO earned . Their internal motto “everything changes, if you don’t like changed you’re in the wrong industry”. WRONG, they have the wrong people in charge and that’s why things constantly change , people in charge don’t know anything about running a financial institution
