HR Policy is hybrid but they force all employees to come office all 5 days - Software Engineer Raw Engineering Employee Review

HR official policy is hybrid(work from office 3 Days in week). But managers forced the entire company to come Monday to Friday. Partially in salary. People with lower salaries work harder, while those with higher salaries work less with the help of managers. No celebrations or outings; just come to the office, do your work, and go home late. No work-life balance. Every day at 10 a.m., the meeting starts. If we late by 5 min we have to infom prior to manager. This is a level of strictness. Have to leave the office by 8:30 or 9 p.m.
