Only positive thing could be you get to learn more since the bandwidth of employees is very very less.
Cons
1. Jail life. 2. Management is very selfish, they expect you to die for their welfare. 3. They take revenge on you. 4. If you come late by 5 mins they ll take half a day leave of yours. 5. They never heed to employees concerns. 6. They don't leave you when you try to escape. 7. Feel very sad for all the employees. 8. No compensation no benefits.
