The owner is a complete tool, fails to tell the truth, offensive, load mouth that will steal every nickle he can from his employees at every opportunity. They are the most dishonest place I have ever seen or heard of. Drivers are constantly asked to violate DOT guidelines for hours of service, putting his profit above the safety of the driver as well as the people that will be affected when the driver has an accident, he could care less.
He abuses the trucks and trailers he leases by waiting until threatened by the leasing company before bringing them in for service, the results are he gets his way, the driver, shipper, and receiver suffer when the truck is broken down and needs to be towed in. The drivers is losing money, he makes up a BS story if he ever talks to the shipper as he dodges their call as longs as possible putting the person answering the phone on the spot because he doesn't have the stones to deal with them, all the while his employee is getting verbally abused by the customer, not cool. He will make you do things outside your job description even if you are uncomfortable with it and stay late with no compensation.
