“RayBiotech has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since RayBiotech is a small business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area. RayBiotech does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at RayBiotech by achieving the expectations placed in front of me

Not much I can say so far

They pay you on time. The coworkers are very nice and helpful for the most part. Some of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with.

Everything else. (1) Absent management replaced by snitching and micromanaging hopeful assistant managers (iykyk) (2) Lack of any promotions or raises no matter how long you work there with poor, vague excuses (3) Pushing of responsibilities on others (especially when people quit instead of hiring more people) (4) Very low pay. Management knows that the pay is driving people away but would seemingly rather train new gullible graduates than maintain their current staff. (5) Other actions and motives that made me deeply uncomfortable working there.
