Pros
The company makes sure they hire people to only send them out after a few months. Poor management and no support. There's no proper training given to employees to get started with work.
Cons
I hate to give bad reviews about any company or business however, Rayden just messed up with so many people's lives and this needed to be highlighted. I had always been an excellent performer wherever I've worked however when I joined Rayden I was never provided enough training and never received help when I had a question. If you happen to ask for any doubts they target you as you're not efficient enough to do your job. The managers would give you a good feedback on your 1 on 1s and all of a sudden they arrange a call with the hr and say you'd be put on PIP as you're not doing well. There's no valid reason or unfixable mistakes they'd ask you to leave. There are people who went into depression and so many struggles just because they were laid off. Horrible company!!!
