      Company producing great product IOL lenses

      Cons

      Incompetent leaders in the name of Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 most of the who don't deserve those positions. No leadership skills, uneducated, but get them only because they are British or favoured due to connections of some sort. Alot of staff complain and quit but HR and top company management don't care about complaints, but take sides with those incompetent leaders

      Pros

      Direct Manager and teammates were awesome.

      Cons

      Promoted people w very little leadership experience and it showed. Micromanagement from upper level. CEO actually stated to the sales Team at National meeting “sales reps get paid too much”. Commission structure was good when it was Omeros but Rayner cut the legs out from under you.
