      Remote work, and somewhat flexible pto.

      Cons

      Easily the worst place I've ever worked. Terrible employee retention. Zero communication around expectations, reviews, merit, etc. Commonly berated employees on calls, via chat, over email, etc. Respected zero boundaries for home life
