1yThank you for taking time to express your thoughts, we find it unfortunate this is the first time we hear of your concerns. We also prefer such feedback to be shared in a non-offensive manner regarding the competencies of our management.
Regarding salary increases, we have promotion cycles in place that happen every 6 months. We implement such promotion and feedback cycles to ensure everyone is adequately reviewed and acknowledged.
Moreover, layovers are not a planned cadence, and we do not want to see our employees leave. Our company has evolved greatly given our acquisition and integration. Unfortunately, from a business perspective this means we did have to undergo layoffs as restructures occur.
We are sorry you felt misaligned with our management. With a new Co-CEO aboard and continuous internal development, we have even greater strengthened our management moving forward.
