Calling people that aren't even considering buying a vehicle. Sometimes you can get some pretty nasty folks. - They will not hesitate to fire you. Even to the veterans. Little respect for their employees. - The two sales managers didn't even know Spanish in a community where around half the population speaks only Spanish. - There is a very strong favoritism that's played here. A customer would enter the premise and a certain manger would always pull their to-go-to guy. Making it hard for the rest to get "ups". (Term used to describe a potential client). - Every time you go on lunch you're suppose to notify one of the sales managers. But when you do that, they dog you. Give you this nasty look. Like they don't want you to go to lunch even though sometimes, you have to wait to the end of the day to get it (8-12 shifts) because you were closing sales.
