      Pros

      Great product, great team and culture. High growth, great learning environment and felt like we were really starting to grow up and communication was getting much better than it had been

      Cons

      Founder and Investors gave up and sold us for next to nothing to Pandora - we had a much better product and potential but not deep enough pockets or money people that believed in us. We needed better Engineering leadership at the top. Company no longer around

      Pros

      A company where all employees who work there really are passionate about the brand and product and will work hard to collaborate on only making it better.

      Cons

      Sometimes it would have been nice to have larger budgets for accomplishing goals.
