* The Team - Some of the most considerate, passionate, and caring co-workers I've ever worked with. Everyone puts in a lot of effort to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. *Mission-driven - Nearly everyone is passionate about the environment and sustainability. The product improves recycling rates and reduces waste. *Happy customers - Our product is designed to delight and it feels good to know that we are providing great value to our customers. *Plenty of growth and development opportunities - Barely a week goes by without notification of an internal promotion or transfer. *Remote work - No office exists, so there are no fears about having to return to office. *Flexible - There is some flexibility in work time as well, and management is accommodating to schedules and does not micro-manage.
Cons
*Lots of change - if you have a hard time adapting, it could be stressful. The changes are all for the better, but they can cause some stress. *Growing pains with re-organization - leadership is fantastic, but there's been a lot of movement internally as a result of last year's acquisition.
