      Pros

      - Access to their own gym (have to be owned by them). Cannot acces outlets under the same brand but owned by others.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to the market rates, overworked, top down execution from the management CMI. Boss has some "good" vision but most of his management staffs cannot do work

      Flexible and chill environment to work in.

      Cons

      Super late payment, nothing has been done to change that. It's a recurrent issue every month.
