Pros
Pay was decent, office staff was friendly.
Cons
There was zero product training provided. They just want you to figure it out yourself. The environment is that of a high school, you have your cool kids, your nerds, your mean girls, the principal and his favorite students. Honestly, this is the WORST job and company that I have EVER worked for. I requested additional training and was told "we'll get to it", I asked repeatedly for feedback and was told I was doing the right things. Then one day out of the blue I get a "coaching call" explaining everything that I was doing wrong. I quit that day.
