      Product Company. Customer oriented. Zero BS culture. A lot of great contributors and managers are working here, driven by passion and the products they take care of. A lot of people working here 10+ years, while the company itself is younger than 20 years. You might consider that. If you love problems Readdle solves for their customers – it can be a journey!

      Cons

      May not be a fit for everyone, definitely not for job coasting. The bar for quality and ownership is high, so it might be challenging for those who prefer a more relaxed or corporate-bureaucratic pace. It requires being proactive and self-organized to maintain a good work-life balance.

      everyone is practically a contractor in ops, legal, and HR so there's really no sense of urgency on anything
