The Company is turning around. Plans are in place and they are working. The saddest thing is to listen to bitter disgruntled ex-employees trash a company trying and succeeding in meeting the needs of its customer and employees. Challenges? Yeah, lots. Committed, knowledgeable and engaged management? You betcha. Employees who are working themselves to the bone to see the company succeed? Oh yeah! Don't let the haters fool you. Lots of good things happening at RDA today.
Cons
Not a 9-5 place to work. You need to be committed and engaged. There are lots of employees who knew the company when, and some of them are bitter and clinging to the past. The industry is challenged too. But if you want to work someplace where what you do matters and changes things for the better, this is the place for you.
