Pros
Great people who really try hard to turn the Magazine around. Unfortunately, one of the Pros working at RDA was going through Bankruptcies and constant restructuring. As a Finance person you learn a lot from those experiences.
Cons
Management is delusional. They make a VERY comfortable salaries but have NO idea what to do. They are afraid the come clean to the "Board". Let's face it, if they tell the truth...they will lose their jobs and nice salary. Sound bitter? Read all the posts.
