it's a great part-time job with decent pay for the amount of hours worked in a week. It's the perfect job for those who are in school. The staff and clients are friendly.

There are no cons so far.

Cute space with stocked classrooms. Work with maximum 3 students at a time. Curriculum and lessons provided. Great students and parents!!

Management is elusive and will give different answers to same questions. You are not told if you are doing something wrong. The big boss just gets rid of people she doesn't like for petty reasons. The curriculum is full of errors, mistypes, bad questions that are never changed or fixed. Don't plan on staying at this job long, but the pay is great for a short-term gig.
