Out promptly at 5 pm and you get a raise whenever someone quits as incentive to stay.
Cons
Too many cons - micromanagement, bosses arguing constantly, could never fulfill even the most basic contracting job. Don't waste time on your reviews since management won't even read it when bidding. Underbidding on difficult jobs and overbidding on easy jobs.... Stupid business strategy and it's no wonder they have so many terminations. Some contracts were 3 years old and not completed even though they had PoPs of 90 days.... If I were a government employee I wouldn't even hire Reagent World for a job as simple as hanging curtains. Seriously though, if you have any degree of any sort, this job is a complete waste of your time, energy, and focus. You can and will find a better opportunity far FAR away from here. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.
