Small company very close to their employees. You are treated like person and not a number. They are family oriented.

I have nothing to say negative about this company. Depends on where you live for the driving range and mileage.

At one point in their history you could have been able to work with some great talented people. They've all left however. I can't think of any real advantage/pros.

Owners lack vision and growth objectives, strategy or goals that can translate into a career for anyone. The business is really just a retirement account for a few people. There is an extreme aversion for any risk. Business revenue must be guaranteed before any investment is made. There are no real vendor relations. Whether workers or vendor partners, it's a "what will you do for me" attitude. It's just too small in every way to offer any real employment value.
