      Very shady hiring practices - SAP Consultant Real Soft Employee Review

      Pros

      Good client companies Thorough screening ok, but not great,pay responsive followup on questions for consultants

      Cons

      Questionable hiring.. the company asks for photo headshots, copies of personal documents, intrusive background checks.The company demands binding arbitration with stipulations that they can sue consultants, or temp workers for damages and legal fees. I had no fewer than 6 different people handling the hiring process each asking for highly sensitive personal information which could be used in identity theft and they had no guidelines for sensitivity of the information or its protection.

      Pros

      - very responsive to requests. - No issues with time sheets or payment. Very clear communication when pay would be early or timesheets needed to be submitted early for holidays. - No extra work or unnecessary meetings. I've had agencies want full breakdowns of my role, or have biweekly calls wanting updates on the project, or asking for weekly status reports. RSI just let me do my job. - Able to take days off without any gaslighting or shade about hurting the client. - Very fair rates. I got a great deal on compensation for the contract.

      Cons

      - Onboarding tools are a bit dated. Legitimately was curious if there was some deep scam until I got my laptop from the client because I wasn't sure any company still operated on filling out a PDF for documents.
