-Leadership asks for feedback but fails to implement meaningful change
-Salaries have not been adjusted in years and are noticeably below market rate for the industry
-Consultants receive no management support for business development, leaving them to sink or swim on their own
-Senior leadership prioritizes optics and internal branding (endless new acronyms) over driving tangible business impact
