There are plenty of cons: *First and foremost-there is no value of an employee over here, the management treat you like their slaves. *You cannot leave this place on a good note. and once you are out of this place they give the meanest feedback possible.. *They does not disclose all the compensation details at the beginning of the employment and afterwards makes unnecessary deductions.
