      comp is at or above industry avgs, I liked the very loose dress code,

      unable to raise capital, zero growth, VERY jittery leadership (ever heard of a start-up cutting 30-40% of its workforce twice in 10 mnths?)

      Pros

      -Great Collegues -I did learn something about finance -Direct managers fight HARD for their people in a company where the executives don’t listen

      Cons

      -Complete and total workplace instability -No Planning -No overtime pay -No accountability from high level management -Worked there for less than 2 years and went through 3 mass layoffs -Upper level management is completely out of touch with what the boots on the ground do daily
