      No pro just the high pay

      Cons

      toxic atmosphere, abusive and misogynistic boss, communication through shouting rather than dialogue. Poor leadership, mistreatment of colleagues. An environment lacking respect and positive communication.

      Pros

      The possibility to be part of a fast growing startup and to learn much from It.

      Cons

      Flexibility also means you get to work extra hours or at not so regular timings as you need to be available when clients or perspectives are available.

      - Great place to work and learn with a highly talented tech team who contribute enormously to open source. - No micro-management and leadership are very understanding. - Flexible work timings - Great work-life balance.
