Cons
1- HR asks others to post fake reviews. The majority of reviews are written the same day as they are posted. 2 - There are also problems with the salary process. It's unclear why the salary is credited on the 10th. the only explanation is given that it's company policy. Also, salaries can be delayed for two or three days. 3 - Increment/Appraisal is also the worst. As per company policy increment cycle is every 6 months but they take 9 months to do it. as I worked there for 2 years I only got increments 2 times (actually it should 4 times). 4 - After hiring they will first give you a stipend for 4 to 5 months. After that, they will put you in a training period for 5 to 6 months after that you will get the salary that was promised in the interview please be careful of this because they are wasting your 1 year. (Hiring with fake promises). 5 - No work-life balance. Because you have work on Saturday and Sunday also. There are always some major tasks pending and for that, you have to work overtime. Here you will always feel work pressure regardless of work or not. 6 - As per benefits there are no benefits. Like Medical, Bonus, or Leaves (there are only 12 for a year including everything paid, casual, and sick leave ). 7 - There is no adequate method for monitoring performance. Promotions are granted based solely on favoritism. 8 - They force you to sign the 2-year bond. (Biggest Mistake of my career). 9 - There is no proper task assignment and work management of employees. (So there is no way anyone will know what work you have done.) 10 - There is 0 % job security you will be fired for silly reasons. Without any warning mail and will not let you serve your notice period or pay you. Please be careful before joining this company.
