1. No work life balance 2. Use of harsh, rough, inappropriate language. 3. Unnecessary politics by HR and reporting managers. 4. Even public holidays are snatched away by making employees work on weekends. 5. Not good for experience /fresher . 6. Micromanagement 7. Unsupportive of employees' future plans 8. Employees are treated as robots, company does not look into employee comfort. 9. Work hours- 9 pm to 9 pm . They expect you to work post these also. At night or in the morning 5am. NO FIXED WORKING HOURS.
