Pros

Working at RealREPP has been an incredibly rewarding experience, The company offers an impressive array of benefits that truly set it apart from other recruiting firms. The $0 cost medical coverage is a huge perk, coupled with the flexible PTO policy, allows for a great work-life balance. The compensation plan is another standout feature. It’s lucrative, offering ample opportunities to earn well above the industry standard. This is a place where hard work is genuinely rewarded, and it's motivating to see the direct correlation between effort and earnings. One of the most valuable aspects of working at RealREPP is the flexibility and autonomy you're given. Management trusts you to manage your workload and time effectively, which fosters a positive and empowering work environment. This flexibility is perfect for those who thrive in self-directed roles and appreciate having control over their schedules.

Cons

None come to mind at this time.

Pros

Liked my coworkers, but most either quit or were wrongfully let go

Cons

Extremely high turnover and management putting employees on PIPs with goals that are impossible to reach that ultimately force them out of the company. They say they want to help you grow yet they only bully you and put you down if you aren’t performing to the super high standards they have. They invoke a toxic competitive environment trying to pit you against other employees. They expect you to be working outside of normal hours- used to receive *urgent* messages hours after getting off and was expected to reply otherwise wasn’t deemed a good employee. I could go on and on. Management was not open to feedback or constructive criticism. Culture was horrible and compensation structure was not communicated well when people applied for/accepted the job.
