The company treats their employees as their family 👪. The owners are friendly and engaged with their employees. As a small company they provide a good environment and really don't micro manage most employees. Very consideric of their employees and their needs. They really go out of their way to show their appreciation. Most people who work here choose to remain with the company for a long time. They believe in promoting within. Overall it is a good company to work for and the owners deserve 5 stars.

Unfortunately I did not work here as long as I would've like. The management structure I reported to in my position did not provide the opportunities and flexibility as others. I struggled with my manager providing one set of rules just to be overwritten by the person I was reporting to. I felt trapped and considering the history of this position I choose not to create an issue by involving the owners and decided to leave. My manager chose to turn his head rather than deal with the issue.
