Pros

Cons
Office location and that's all.
Pros
Remote Equipment Provided On-time Salary
Cons
My team is great, but one of the teams we worked with isn’t. They gossip a lot and talk about other employees. One time, I noticed during an RTO, we were scheduled with them, and all they did most of the shift was talk, even inside the pantry. I had a bad experience with the SAS team, but I’ll never forget when, during a huddle screen share, my teammate saw my name was mentioned with the comment, 'ANG BOBO NAMAN,' and their supervisor just agreed and said something lang like ‘ANONG BAGO’. Their supervisor, R, is no angel either. They always find ways to blame us in support just to cover their own mistakes, even though they’re the ones taking a long time to resolve issues.
Pros
- Work from home - Fixed Weekend day off
Cons
- 99.9999% of tenure employees are gone, the onboarding process might be less efficient and incompetent since most experienced staff are no longer there. Even the CEO, CFO, and COO have left because they sold the company, and two of their products became separate entities (Contnethouse and SprintSolutions), knowing the company would decline. - They added Empath (Mental Health Service) as a benefit. Many people suffer from stress and depression due to their cost-cutting measures and poor management. - Enforcing RTO without consideration and empathy, despite the team performing well with Work From Home, because HR management is insincere and lacks genuine empath. LOL - Reassigning employees to different departments without relevant skills, leading to layoffs. - It was a good company during the Campaigntrack days, but things went downhill after merging with competitor Realhub to become Realbase, especially with the new head of HR management who sounds like a dwarf and was downvoted by employeessss during the town hall meeting while receiving an award. - The salary isn't aligned with industry standards, but they'll gaslight you into thinking it is or claim it's been in the review process during as their annual excuse. - Their strategy involves annual layoffs to provide higher management with a 10-25% salary increase, even though they're already earning six figures. Meanwhile, ordinary employees receive only a 1-10% salary increase. This approach seems to prioritize themself over employee well-being. They even manipulated my manager to give me a 5% increase to cost save, even though I was eligible for a 10% raise. - They often conduct surveys for feedback, but the results presented during town hall meetings are adjusted to look good. Come on, show the real results! - Allowance has been reduced by 20% due to cost-cutting measures. - Cutting employee costs to fund the construction of a new office, so people can work on-site. - They reward a job well done with just a shout-out and a pizza party for ordinary employee. Come on be fair! - Click the helpful icon if you feel the same way! - Guard your mental health, stay away from this company and management. P.S. If you're planning to apply to this company, you might want to check out the Domain Group reviews too, it was acquired.
