Pros

a good team, without heavy workloads and overwork

Cons

I’ve been working at Realiste AI for a little over a year now, and honestly, it’s been a really solid experience. The team is competent and friendly, and there’s a good balance between being challenged and having the support you need to grow. Management is pretty approachable, and I appreciate that feedback is taken seriously — it actually feels like your voice matters here. Work-life balance isn’t perfect, but it’s definitely manageable, and people here respect your time for the most part. Overall, it’s a place where you can feel like you’re contributing to something meaningful without all the corporate nonsense. I’m happy to be here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sane, productive place to work in the AI space.

Pros

Cool company, good place to grow I've been working at Realiste AI for quite some time now, and overall it was a good experience. There's definitely something I might like here. The people I work with are smart, and they're usually easy to collaborate with. The technical challenges are interesting, and I've learned a lot from working on real products using artificial intelligence that really make an impact. The company is growing rapidly, which creates opportunities, but also comes with a number of challenges. The positive thing is that the management is openly talking about where the company is going and is making efforts to create a decent culture. We appreciate the flexibility of remote work, and most of my team members respect the boundaries of what is allowed. The product we create actually solves real problems, which makes the work worthwhile. However, there are some difficulties with growth. Processes can be inconsistent, and sometimes it feels like we figure things out as we go along, which sometimes leads to confusion. During sprint cycles, the workload can increase, and there were times when communication with senior management could have been clearer. In addition, despite the fact that the company tries to act quickly, this sometimes leads to a reduction in opportunities that probably shouldn't be there. It's not an ideal place, but it's a great place to work, especially if you're interested in artificial intelligence and don't mind being part of a startup-like environment where things are still developing.

Cons

I did not find any disadvantages when cooperating
