One significant issue that I've encountered during my time at RealityJam is the consistent delays in payment. As employees, we are often left waiting past the promised due date for our compensation. This has created unnecessary financial stress and has negatively impacted my experience here. When reaching out to leadership to inquire about the status of our payments, the response has been dismissive, with the CEO even claiming that employees asking about their pay are being “aggressive.” This is not only unprofessional but also damaging to employee morale and trust in leadership. Transparency and open communication are critical, especially when it comes to something as fundamental as timely pay. The lack of respect for employees' time and financial stability is concerning, and this situation has been poorly handled by senior management. I would recommend that the company take immediate steps to ensure payments are made on time and that leadership communicates more effectively and respectfully with the team.
