      Pros

      I loved the people I worked with and treated them with respect because other managers wouldn’t

      Cons

      Management was horrible to staff. Wouldn’t get water. Wouldn’t allow people to speak to one another at all. Overall morale is like a slave ship. Not sure why companies think treating people like animals makes a healthy work environment. I was pulled into Hr without Hr just two silly managers who told me I was too nice to staff. I hope this place is closed soon enough or new managers are hired

      Pros

      Account managers that are seasoned at their job are very helpful. Management reaches out directly to ensure I understand every aspect of what my job responsibilities are and how to move forward. Great source of knowledge in the company and its employees are very knowledgeable about current funding in states along with best practices of who to contact.

      Cons

      PTO was misleading and I wish that there was more offered. However, the do incentives volunteering to receive a PTO day.
