Great marketing team there. In fact, this is a maketimg company, not a real estate broker!
Cons
Your role will change weekly. Promises from management when expectations are exceeded never come to fruition because the CEO steps in. Starting in 2015, there was a mass exodus of the great leadership that actually grew the company. They are bleeding agents left and right and lie about their success daily.
