Realty One Group interview questions

I was contacted by Realty ONE Group Luminous for the Office Administrator position and scheduled a phone interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer did not show up for the scheduled time, and I was later informed via email that they were moving forward with other candidates. While I respect their decision, I found the lack of communication and disregard for my time unprofessional. For future candidates, I’d recommend confirming details closer to the interview time. I hope the company reflects on this feedback to improve their hiring process.

Interview was simple. In most Realtor interviews you are mostly interviewing them to see if what the brokerage offers is a good fit for what you're looking for. Lasted about 25 minutes and we went through their marketing tools, fees, office locations, and meeting dates.
