Poor work life balance, poor ownership - Clinician Reavis Rehab & Wellness Center Employee Review

Family Oriented, willing to work with schedules, good pay for a small clinic this size. Really cares about patients and employees.

Small staff makes it harder to take time off. Not always team oriented. Organization structure is a bit confusing and unclear.

Basically sit around all day because u will see an average of 5-6 patients a day

Don’t know how to treat complex patients who really need therapy and supervisor takes continuing ed in massage. High turnover, poor work environment, no loyalty, terrible training, no leadership, company has had to switch locations 3 times secondary to not making any money. Is an “aquatic therapy” facility but no one has expertise in aquatics. This is embarrassing.
