Pros
The staff. Doctors, physios, admin staff, all of them are amazing people. There are benefits and a decent wage...just not the wage you should be paid for the amount of work you do.
Cons
Abusive and bully-like behavior from the higher ups. The workload is unmanageable and the communication is non-existent.
