Pros
Company has good incentive plan but anytime you're looking for a raise in salary because you've taken on extra duties, the owner always wants to add more responsibilities to your plate on top of other duties you've taken on without pay raise.
Cons
Owner contacts you after work hours, on weekends and expects you to drop everything in your personal life to respond to his needs. Owner is disrespectful to employees the way he speaks to them and very inappropriate during staff meetings- speaks about "hookers and cocaine" etc. Not a professional work environment.
