Pros
- Fast-growing/top product in the emerging metaverse space - Huge opportunity to make an impact - and quickly (ship weekly) - Well-funded company with competitive compensation and a huge multiplier opportunity on stock options, along with excellent benefits - Very respectful and supportive workplace with a lot of focus on keeping it this way - Minimal process and meetings (for real) - Hybrid office (work from home, a really nice often with many snacks + parking, or a combination of both) - Real work/life balance (very rare to get messages after 5PM) - Unlimited vacation policy that people actually use.
Cons
While salaries are competitive, the company isn't public, so if you're living off stock income at a large tech company you'll need to adjust. This isn't really a con, though, since the stock has so much more room to grow than most public companies.
