      Pros

      They use up to date systems and when I had to ask for something the process was quick as it is just a startup

      Cons

      Very long hours, fake jobs creation, lie to candidates to know where they are applying. They don't know anything about IT and all what matters will be the amount of call that you make, the package is not worth at all what they expect from you
