Pros

•Good co-workers who make the office a fun place to work. •Supportive managers who help resolve doubts and issues, especially Sumit and Sanjay sir. •Helpful HR (Kudrat and Akshita), who understand employees' issues and try to resolve them whenever possible. •One of the best things about this company is the tea they serve. It tastes really good.

Cons

•There is no content head or content manager in the organisation. As a result, all the content is reviewed by the SEO executive, who is not in their area of expertise. Consequently, most of the content is not up to the mark, not because of the SEO executive, but because content review isn't part of their skill set. •There is no real office culture, and the environment feels very restrictive. •One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of a feedback culture. Feedback from employees, especially junior ones, is often ignored. •Almost 80% of the issues in this company could be resolved simply by listening to employee feedback, but unfortunately, there are many unresolved issues. •The main culprit behind the company's stagnation is the owner himself. •He is running a digital marketing company without having a proper understanding of SEO. He has a "baniya mindset" and constantly looks for ways to cut costs. There's a saying for such people: "When you can't do, delegate. When you don't understand, pretend to lead." •If you try to give feedback to the owner about improving content structure or SEO-related issues, he’ll simply say, "Jo chal raha hai, chalne do." •Promotions here are like peanuts. The owner wants employees to leave after completing one year, or stay on with only a minimal increment. He does this so he can hire someone new at the same starting salary.
