Pros
Pay is ok - especially at senior manager levels - but dont expect a bonus these days lots of global opportunities for right person and at more senior levels Large prestigious company - well brands at least
Cons
Very siloed large tangled corporation constantly changing direction / lacks cohesion - priorities turn 180 at a whim - hurry up and...no wait, all stop = disjointed Uncertainy high : likely to split the health and Hygiene Home business. Move IT all to India, new CEO due
