Pros
Great salary, met some great friends, great exposure to the FMCG industry. On paper, their 'ethos' and 'values' sound amazing. That's what got me into the company but the reality didn't match up.
Cons
Very long hours, poor staff retention, poor transparency, promoting based on popularity not talent, many managers are managers because of number results, not how well they actually manage people. Poor to very little support.
