      Pros

      Good coworkers and mediocre salary. That's about it.

      Cons

      High expectations, Long hours. some night and weekend work required. High stress position supporting the supply teams. Terrible management. Quality got looped in with R&D and now while the supply teams get nice bonuses each year we don't get a single penny for all the work we do to support them.

      Diverse workforce with a lot of exposure and opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Unorganized, no direction, tough culture, layoff women on maternity leave, internal drama, backdoor conversations, leaders use employees or roles as personal stepping stones for their next role
